Theodo has been accompanying innovative companies since 2009 in the conception, development, and deployment of ingenious digital products—such as the TF1+ platform, the LCL Pro application, or the France Digital Identity application—by leveraging the best of technology and the Lean approach. Theodo has experienced exceptional growth over the past 15 years: our teams bring together more than 700 Theodoers, mainly software engineers, passionate about technology and continuous improvement.

In 2025, Theodo Group generates 100M€ of revenue. Since 2017, Theodo has developed a Design practice that now generates 3.8M€ of revenue per year. Our ambition is clear: to reach 10M€ of revenue by 2028, with an annual growth rate of 40%. The Theodo design team consists of 27 designers, making us the largest design studio in Paris. This allows us to work with both start-ups and large groups such as Urgo, the Compagnie des Alpes, Carrefour, BPI France, Vitality, and to intervene on all projects of the Theodo Group (mobile, web, data).

As a confirmed Product Designer at Theodo, you will play a crucial role in the strategic accompaniment of our clients on their product vision and its implementation, in close collaboration with the PM and the lead Tech. At Theodo, we aim to position ourselves as partners to our clients. You will have a key role in understanding client preferences and designing a product that meets both client and business and user expectations.

In-depth understanding of client needs:
Engage in strategic and complex discussions with your client and translate their challenges into design opportunities. Preferred partner:
Provide recommendations based on a deep understanding of product design and guide your client through the design process to ensure satisfaction and retention.

User-centered design:
Lead and conduct field studies, trend analyses, develop personas and user journeys to create products that truly meet user expectations. Innovation and design solutions:
Develop innovative solutions and create functional prototypes to test and refine approaches before production. Ensure the consistency of these solutions across all user touchpoints. Continuous improvement:
We have established standards and methods, but each designer brings their personal touch. Your ideas are welcome to evolve our practices and help us stay at the forefront of design.

You have a Bac+5 degree in a top design or business school. You have between 3 and 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, particularly in the UX area. You have similar experience in an agency or ESN with direct client contact. You know how to present and defend your ideas to your clients. You are proficient in Figma and know the main design tools.

You have ideally been a project manager. You have a great curiosity, you are always looking for new ideas in a test & learn approach.
