Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now has several restaurants in France, the United Kingdom, and Belgium, with a strong ambition for development in Europe.
To accompany this growth, we are looking for an Interior Designer & Procurement Manager passionate about the worlds of restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle.
You will work closely with the founders to design and deliver unique restaurants, piloting both the creative and technical aspects, procurement, and the operational follow-up of projects.
Your Missions Conception & Realisation of Projects- Transform the validated concepts into perfectly executable projects.
- Produce all technical plans:
- Layout plans
- Elevations
- Custom furniture
- Lighting plans
- Electrical plans
- Plumbing plans
- Technical site dossiers
- Carry out site surveys and keep the "as built" plans up to date.
- Ensure the quality, coherence, and completeness of documents before the start of the works.
- Ensure the link between design, procurement, and project execution.
- Pilot the procurement related to the projects (furniture, lighting, decoration, materials, coatings, FF&E...).
- Identify and develop a network of suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans.
- Source unique pieces and bespoke solutions in coherence with each project.
- Negotiate purchases and follow up on orders until their installation.
- Select furniture, lighting, art pieces, and decorative accessories.
- Pilot the manufacture of custom furniture until its installation.
- Manage samples and material library.
- Participate in the final styling of the restaurants as well as in photo shoots and openings.
- Develop and follow up on project schedules.
- Update the tracking tables for procurement and openings.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
- Anticipate risks and ensure the respect of deadlines.
- Advance projects with autonomy, reactivity, and a sense of priorities.
You are organized, rigorous, and you like to transform ideas into concrete projects.
You also possess:
- An excellent mastery of AutoCAD (or equivalent software).
- A solid experience in the production of technical plans (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, FF&E...).
- A true talent for sourcing materials, furniture, antiques, and bespoke pieces.
- A successful experience in the simultaneous management of several projects in restaurant, hotel, retail, or hospitality.
- An excellent sense of negotiation and budget management.
- A strong spirit of initiative and a great autonomy.
You are also comfortable behind your computer to produce technical plans, in meetings with suppliers, and on site with companies.
