Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now has several restaurants in France, the United Kingdom, and Belgium, with strong ambitions for development in Europe.

To support this growth, we are looking for an Interior Designer & Procurement Manager passionate about the worlds of dining, hospitality, and lifestyle.

You will work closely with the founders to design and deliver unique restaurants, piloting both the creative and technical aspects, procurement, and operational project follow-up.

• Transform validated concepts into perfectly executable projects.
• Produce all technical plans:
• Layout plans
• Elevations
• Custom furniture
• Lighting plans
• Electrical plans
• Plumbing plans
• Technical site dossiers
• Carry out site surveys and keep "as built" plans up to date.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of documents before the start of work.
• Ensure the link between design, procurement, and project execution.

• Manage procurement related to projects (furniture, lighting, decoration, materials, coatings, FF&E...).
• Identify and develop a network of suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans.
• Source unique pieces and custom solutions in line with each project.
• Negotiate purchases and follow up on orders until installation.

• Select furniture, lighting, art pieces, and decorative accessories.
• Manage the fabrication of custom furniture until installation.
• Manage samples and material library.
• Participate in the final styling of restaurants as well as photo shoots and openings.

• Develop and follow project schedules.
• Update tracking tables for procurement and openings.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
• Anticipate risks and ensure respect of deadlines.
• Advance projects with autonomy, reactivity, and a sense of priorities.

You are organized, rigorous, and enjoy transforming ideas into concrete projects.

You also possess:

• Excellent mastery of AutoCAD (or equivalent software).
• Solid experience in the production of technical plans (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, FF&E...).
• A true talent for sourcing materials, furniture, antiques, and custom pieces.
• Successful experience in the simultaneous management of several projects in dining, hospitality, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent negotiation and budget management skills.
• A strong spirit of initiative and great autonomy.

You are also comfortable behind your computer to produce technical plans, in meetings with suppliers, and on-site with companies.

• Participate in the development of a rapidly expanding dining group in Europe.
• Design places with a strong identity where each restaurant is unique.
• Work directly with the founders and have a real impact on projects.
• Intervene in openings in France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and in our future countries of implantation.
