Senior Interior Designer; Hospitality

We have a Senior Interior Designer position open in Dallas, TX to work on world class restaurant and hospitality projects for an international design firm.

The Senior Interior Designer will provide Creative Design Solutions and Leadership through all phases of design projects from initial client meetings through installation.

We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced interior designer who possesses the qualities to lead design teams through all project phases and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the firm. The preferred candidate has experience implementing hospitality and commercial projects at a large scale and complex level of detail.

• be a resource to the firm and young designers as a wealth of knowledge & experience, proper project delivery, and professional development.

• 5+ Years’ experience in Interior Designer
• Previous experience with restaurant, bar/lounge and/or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field from an accredited university required
• Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast- paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and written
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• NCIDQ licensure preferred

• Ability to implement and navigate brand guidelines and design requirements
• Be a key player in coordination of overall design intent, both internally and externally, as it applies to the overall design team and relevant consultants
• Understands the importance of growing and maintaining client relationships and the basic concept of business development
• Management of internal design teams, showcasing the ability to lead, set deadlines, teach, and foster a healthy team attitude, chain of communication and work schedule; lead internal team design meetings on a regular basis
