Whether working in finance, HR, IT, accounting, marketing, or another corporate function, your expertise will help drive efficiency and innovation across our organization. • Assist with Trade Show development of Inventory PDF.
• Develop FAQs for all product pages.
  • Work with the Web Developer on updates.
• Review old resources and make lists of what needs to be updated.
  • Coordinate and project manage updates with Dipti after obtaining guidance from the Marketing Leader.
• Review Uber Suggest, SEMrush, Rank Math—review recommendations and provide summary to marketing leaders.
  • Assist with content changes and edits.
• Support Brandfolder (DAM – document asset management) Organization.
• Opportunities for social media support, email/newsletter assistance, competitive research, analytics reporting, event support.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Marketing, communications, or digital marketing enrollment in good standing at an accredited university; required AI and SEO knowledge is a bonus. New grads are also welcome to apply, but this is a contract role through December 2026.
• Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office skills. Canva and Marketing Automation (Hub Spot, etc.), SEMrush, Rank Math, and AI tools are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Some travel may be required.

Work Environment:
Part‑time up to 32 hours a week. Position is hybrid, located at the corporate office in Addison, TX. Minimum 3 days in the office. Physical demands: concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods. Compliance with company attendance standards.
