The Marketing Intern/Co-Op provides support and completes assigned projects for the Marketing team, supporting strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day business. Marketing leadership identifies the activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Assist with Trade Show development of Inventory PDF.
  • Develop FAQs for all product pages.
  • Work with the Web Developer on updates.
  • Review old resources and make lists of what needs to be updated.
  • Coordinate and project manage updates with Dipti after obtaining guidance from the Marketing Leader.
  • Review Uber Suggest, SEMrush, Rank Math – review recs and provide summary to marketing leaders.
  • Assist with content changes and edits.
  • Support Brandfolder (DAM – document asset management) organization.
  • Opportunities for social media support, email/newsletter assistance, competitive research, analytics reporting, event support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Marketing, communications, or digital marketing enrollment in good standing at an accredited university; required AI and SEO knowledge is a bonus. New grads are also welcome to apply, but this is a contract role through December 2026.
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Skills. Canva and Marketing Automation (Hubspot, etc), SEMrush, Rank Math, and AI tools are a plus!
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Travel Requirements:

Some travel may be required.

ADA Requirements:

Work Environment: Part-time up to 32 hours a week. Position is hybrid, located at the corporate office in Addison, TX. Minimum 3 days in the office. Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms, are necessary. Flexibility to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks is essential.

Physical Demands: Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
