Heads Up Technologies is seeking a skilled and customer focused Systems Engineer to support Innovative Advantage’s world class audio and video hardware and software for the business jet industry. In this role, you will combine system design, customer engagement, integration and testing, and frontline technical support to help customers deploy and optimize reliable cabin solutions. You will work closely with product development, sales, and support teams, represent the company at customer sites and industry events, and help improve the end user experience.

• Work Schedule: Full time, including participation in a support on call rotation for nights and weekends.
• Location: Preferred onsite in Addison, Texas.
• Department: Engineering.
• Work Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel to customer sites and industry events, including travel within and outside the United States.

• Develop technical documentation supporting product development and new designs, including system level specifications, system architecture block diagrams, system solution proposals, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical guidance based on customer requirements for new and updated products.
• Set up and test proof of concept ideas for new products and system applications.
• Create system configuration files using customer wiring diagrams and block diagrams.
