DORIS France is looking for an Electrical Engineer with significant experience in the field of engineering.
Your scope will cover all markets where DORIS France is present:
Oil, Gas, Hydrogen, Renewable Marine Energies, Offshore and Onshore Engineering. Your area of responsibility will encompass engineering projects and discipline development.
Engineering Projects
You will be involved in a wide range of projects from conceptual phases to detailed study phases including:
- Design of offshore surface electrical installations, onshore sites, sub-marine installations, sub-marine cables, hydrogen production, and wind electricity.
- Preparation and supervision of site surveys offshore and onshore.
- Supplier technical follow-up including preparation of quotations, technical clarifications, and review of supplier data.
- Technical support to commercial activities
Integrated within a project team, you will be in charge of the electrical studies carried out and the follow-up of subcontracted studies with direct communication with our clients. You will also ensure the technical coordination of the project team on the electrical part as well as the interface with client teams.
You will liaise and cooperate with other technical departments (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control systems, 3D modeling…) as part of your project responsibilities.
Discipline Development
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will participate in maintaining the level of knowledge of the discipline. This includes participation in R&D activities through internal studies, the development of engineering tools.
Profile:
- Education:
Bac +5 Master or Engineer with a focus on electrical or electrotechnical engineering - Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering High & Low Voltage
- Experience in renewable energy projects would be a plus
- Fluent English – Good written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of applicable regulations, codes of practice, international standards
- Good knowledge of ETAP software or other network calculation software would be a plus
