Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to lead automation projects for a dynamic industrial automation firm. This role requires expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS/DeltaV systems, along with project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and commission control systems while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control system architectures (PLC, DCS, HMI/SCADA).
Develop schematics, panels, and network designs (under 480

VAC).
Lead project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and profitability.
Commission systems on-site and troubleshoot technical issues.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
