Process Development Engineer

Join an innovative manufacturing team developing advanced chemical processing technologies. We're looking for a Process Engineer who enjoys working on the plant floor, solving real-world production challenges, and improving manufacturing operations from concept through execution.

• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, equipment reliability, and process performance
• Investigate operational issues and implement practical engineering solutions
• Support equipment installations, process changes, and production ramp-ups
• Analyze operating data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize plant performance
• Create operating procedures, technical documentation, and process standards
• Participate in safety initiatives and ensure engineering projects meet operational requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field
• Experience supporting manufacturing, chemical processing, pilot plants, or industrial operations
• Strong understanding of industrial process equipment, instrumentation, and production systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues in a hands-on environment
• Experience with process improvement, commissioning, or equipment startups is beneficial
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly

• Chemical processing, hydrometallurgy, metals processing, or specialty manufacturing
• PLCs, instrumentation, process controls, or automated production systems
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or other continuous improvement methodologies
