Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma and a bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, with at least 3 years of structural repair experience. Proficiency in reading aircraft technical manuals (AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM) and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
