Founded nearly 60 years ago and based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with offices and facilities throughout the United States and internationally, we design and manufacture capital equipment that helps industrial customers control air pollution and meet environmental compliance requirements. Our engineered solutions include combustion and post-combustion emissions-control systems used in power generation, petrochemical processing, refining, and other heavy industrial applications.

Our teams develop equipment such as hot exhaust and flue gas ducting, SCR systems, dampers, expansion joints, and related structural assemblies designed for high-temperature and demanding operating environments.

• Create detailed 3D CAD models, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs for heavy industrial equipment, equipment skids, and ducting systems.
• Design hot exhaust and flue gas ducting, including casings, transitions, structural supports, plate components, and related assemblies.
• Develop structural layouts using typical industrial structural members and properly configured beam-to-column and equipment-support connections.
• Produce drawings for customer review, material procurement, shop fabrication, and equipment installation.
• Incorporate thermal expansion, operating temperature, mechanical loading, and fabrication requirements into designs.
• Design and coordinate equipment skids and supporting structural assemblies for industrial emissions-control equipment.
• Coordinate ducting and equipment interfaces with SCR reactors, baghouses, electrostatic precipitators, dampers, expansion joints, and related systems.
• Review engineering and project inputs for completeness and identify missing information, conflicts, or design discrepancies.
• Perform geometric and material calculations involving dimensions, areas, volumes, weights, angles, and material quantities.
• Prepare accurate bills of materials and material take-offs for purchasing and fabrication.
• Revise drawings based on engineering reviews, customer comments, fabrication feedback, and project changes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, manufacturing teams, and outside stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Interpret P&IDs and incorporate process requirements into equipment and ducting layouts.
• Apply knowledge of industrial welding practices, structural connections, and fabrication limitations when developing designs.
• Follow document-control requirements for drawing releases, revisions, file management, and project records.
• Support continuous improvements to design standards, templates, drawing quality, and execution efficiency.

• Associate degree in Computer-Aided Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial structural or mechanical design experience.
