THE MISSION?

Our clients and teams are in good hands with you.

You are the bar service manager, and you develop the profitability of the bar sales points.

You relay the restaurant director and his assistant to the entire team you supervise, you take on many responsibilities.

You train, accompany, and grow your team.

You ensure the proper respect of the legislation, the Mama pays attention to the grain. The customer experience must be perfect, and you are the guarantor.
