This is a full-time role based in Addison, TX. As a Senior Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Officer, you will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, provide expert guidance on mortgage options, and assist with loan applications and approvals. You will collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle. Achieving sales goals while adhering to compliance standards is essential to this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Mortgage Lending, Loan Origination, and experience as a Loan Officer
- Strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry, including loan products, rates, and regulations
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes and the ability to work effectively with underwriters
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide guidance and build strong client relationships
- Proven sales experience in achieving or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- NMLS licensing or ability to obtain required license
- Previous experience in consumer direct mortgage lending is highly preferred
