Financial Analyst

We're excited to share that our client, a prominent global real estate market leader, is on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Financial Analyst to join their growing team!

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 + 10% bonus potential.

This role is 90% remote (requiring onsite presence for meetings/training) in Texas.
Candidates much be local to North Texas.

• Ad hoc analysis for an assigned region, budget creation and analysis (US & Canada)
• Dive into data analytics to track and analyze various important metrics (like expense caps and profitability).
• Keep an eye on our monthly reports to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Serve as a finance expert supporting our exciting growth initiatives in North America.
• Provide valuable financial support for our locations throughout North America.
• Be the go-to contact for building owners, working closely with our Finance team to answer questions and resolve any issues.
• Team up with leadership to optimize our growth portfolio and gather feedback to respond to building owner inquiries.

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Great communication skills—both written and verbal!
• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for reporting.
• Creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges alongside external partners and our internal team.
• A customer service-oriented attitude, engaging with external parties in a friendly and professional manner.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a big plus!
