** Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:*
* - Process and execute alternative investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and fund-level reporting

- Perform back-office order entry, trade execution, and trade corrections with high attention to detail and accuracy

- Review and validate client documentation for compliance, including subscriptions, tenders, and re-registrations

- Conduct quality checks, break resolution, and fund-level money movement instructions while adhering to strict deadlines

** Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* - 1-3 years of operations experience, preferably within financial services or wealth management

- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and manage data efficiently

- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of motivation and teamwork ability

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge or experience in Alternative Investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, etc.)

- ** Pay:**  $23.44 per hour

- ** Shift:
** Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid - onsite at least 3 days/week)

- 6-month assignment with potential for  
** contract-to-hire**  (no sponsorship available now or in the future)

** Pay Details:**  $23.44 per hour
