A well-established and growing organization in the commercial real estate services space is seeking a Lease Administrator to join their team. This is a growth-driven hire due to portfolio expansion, offering the opportunity to step into a highly analytical, operations-focused role with long-term stability.

This is not a traditional lease administration role
. While exposure to real estate is preferred, the core of this position centers around:
- Accounts Payable (AP) processing
- Rent validation and financial reconciliation
- Discrepancy resolution across multiple data sources
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of rent charges
, validating financial obligations against lease terms, and serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external landlords.
- Manage a high-volume shared inbox (50–100+ items daily) tied to a dedicated portfolio
- Review landlord statements and validate rent charges against lease agreements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by:
- Requesting and reviewing tenant ledgers
- Pulling payment history
- Reconciling balances across invoices and systems
- Process full-cycle AP:
- Code invoices
- Enter into system
- Ensure timely payment processing
- Act as a point of contact for landlords
, including handling escalations professionally - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely, high-volume throughput
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing and payment issues
- 2–3+ years of experience in a corporate, finance, or operations environment
Strong background in:
- Accounts Payable
- Invoice processing, coding, and reconciliation
Demonstrated ability to:
- Work with large data sets and financial information
- Identify discrepancies and problem-solve independently
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience managing high-volume workflows and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate external stakeholder conversations
