Financial Controller

We are recruiting a Corporate Controller for a high-growth company in the Richardson, TX area operating in the dealership and retail services industry. This is a senior accounting leadership role with broad scope and high visibility.

The Role

• Lead and develop a 65-person accounting team across a corporate accounting group and a shared services function

• Own the monthly close and produce consolidated financial statements across 100+ entities

• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors

• Support acquisition integration and due diligence accounting

• Partner with operations, FP&A, and executive leadership on financial strategy and KPI reporting

What We Are Looking For

• CPA required

• 10+ years in accounting with 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role

• Experience with multi-entity consolidations under US GAAP

• Background managing large accounting teams

• Acquisition accounting experience, including purchase price allocation

• Dealership, retail, or franchise industry experience is a strong plus
