Hybrid work environment (Addison, TX)

Temp - 12 months with potential of extension/conversion

• Execute and oversee alternative investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and trade corrections with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform back‑office order entry, fund‑level reporting, and break resolution while ensuring adherence to fund schedules and deadlines.
• Review and validate client documentation for subscriptions, tenders, transfers, and re‑registrations to ensure compliance and completeness.
• Conduct peer quality checks and collaborate cross‑functionally to support trade execution, money movement instructions, and operational excellence.

• 1–3 years of prior operations experience in financial services or investment operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a high level of attention to detail.
