Controller – Dallas

We are seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead finance and accounting for a growing multi‑unit hospitality group operating restaurant concepts in the Dallas area.

This role oversees day‑to‑day accounting operations while providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings experience from multi‑unit upscale casual to fine dining restaurant environments and is comfortable partnering closely with ownership and operations leadership in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations
• Prepare and manage financial statements, reporting, and reconciliations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Establish accounting processes, controls, and reporting standards
• Manage and optimize financial systems, including Restaurant
  365 (R365)
• Collaborate with operations leadership on labor, food cost, and profitability metrics
• Support vendor relationships, purchasing processes, and cost controls
• Help build scalable accounting infrastructure to support future growth
• Manage and develop accounting support staff as the department grows

• Strong accounting foundation with experience managing financial statements and reporting
• Multi‑unit restaurant finance experience required
• Background within upscale casual, upscale dining, or fine dining restaurant environments strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience with Restaurant
  365 (R365), including implementation, optimization, reporting, or administration
• Ability to translate financial data into clear operational insights for leadership teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Experience supporting multi‑unit restaurant operations
• CPA or advanced finance credentials are a plus

  four days in office, one remote
