The intern will be integrated into the Finance Department and will assist the team's lawyers (partners and associates). The intern will be involved in the team's cases and their missions will be diverse: in-depth legal research and drafting analysis notes, participation in the writing and review of credit and security documents, assistance in conducting financing operations (file management, collection and analysis of documents to be submitted as suspensive conditions, organization and preparation of signing meetings ("closing"), post-closing follow-up).

Due to a withdrawal, our firm is looking for an intern for its Finance Department for a duration of 6 months from January to June 2028, full time.

The intern has a very good level of English and has a first successful experience in a law firm.
