- You will be responsible for the acquisition and development of relationships with new clients and intermediaries located in or originating from France. The position is based in Paris and you will be reporting to the Head of BIL France.
- You will contribute to the growth strategy and the development of the bank's value proposition.
- You will conduct research to identify commercial opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- You will develop a growth strategy and build long-term, trustworthy relationships with clients.
- You will maintain a thorough knowledge of current market conditions to detect or anticipate potential commercial opportunities for clients.
- You will collaborate with different business lines to develop new contacts and ensure excellent after-sales service, thus guaranteeing client satisfaction.
- You will participate in events (seminars, conferences) and coordinate them when relevant to develop your portfolio.
Compétences:
- Proven experience in a commercial role.
- Strong network of private clients and financial intermediaries in France.
- Excellent knowledge of products and services generally requested by French private clients and financial intermediaries based in France (life insurance, estate planning solutions, financing…).
- Very good interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to establish long-lasting relationships.
- Confirmed negotiation skills and ability to conclude agreements.
- High level of integrity and ethics.
- Relevant university education in finance.
- Fluency in French and English; any other language is an asset.
- Strong customer orientation and results.
- Rigorous, organized, and methodical approach in commercial actions.
- Motivation to work in a team.
- Availability and ability to travel.
