Senior Consultant Transformation Finance

To support the development of the firm, Capteo is looking for senior consultants with expertise in finance function transformation missions.

Your mission

• Supporting finance function transformation projects
• Evaluating impacts, operational efficiency
• Reengineering finance processes
• Optimizing cash flow management
• Performance management (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, ABC method…)
• Leading change

Your profile

With a higher education degree (Bac+5 type business school or master’s degree with specialization in consulting, project management), you must have confirmed experience in performance improvement.

You have solid knowledge related to banking professions (processes, products, tools, financial instruments…) and real methodological expertise in project management in transformation.

You have the ability to quickly understand the business challenges of our clients in order to work in co-creation to find the most suitable solutions. You must be a force of proposal in terms of innovation and change management.

Curious and proactive, you have a natural service-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

You demonstrate rigor and autonomy in your work and know how to develop a team spirit.

You also stand out by your analysis, work capacity, and enthusiasm over time.

This position requires regular proficiency in English.
