The Affinitaire & Risques Spéciaux Marsh France department is looking for a candidate to join its team within the Customer Service Pole.

• Accompany prospects during the subscription of the contract(s); clients during the renewal of the contract(s)
• Collect requirements and needs
• Provide product explanations (standards)
• Help in choosing options/levels of guarantees
• Collect variable elements (CA; capitals to guarantee; etc…)
• Ensure mail and phone relations with clients and companies on all contract-related points
• Feed the client databases
• Participate in defining the actions to be taken especially in terms of
• Identification of targets
• Processes and tools to use
• Perform a reporting mission to follow, consolidate, and analyze results
• Make recommendations based on analyses to obtain dossier revisions from the concerned services
• Handle contractual documents and premiums
• Enter and update the contract in the relevant management tool, record modifications concerning the client, contract, etc…
• Issue contractual documents within determined processes (insurance policies, certificates, amendments, deeds)
• Follow the signature of documents by insurers and clients in our EDIsignature tool
• When setting up new contracts, participate in the establishment of accounting and financial flows
• Follow and proceed with invoicing. Verify and issue regularizations. Follow the dedicated portfolio dashboard
• Follow client payments and contentious procedures
• Manage client reminders: report to insurers, verify refunds
• Manage the provisions of the portfolio of clients for which you will be responsible along with arrears in relation with the head of the pole
• Manage non-allocated items (identification and allocation)

Prerequisites:

• 3/4 years and more experience in a similar position
• Demonstrate ease in relationships and the ability to work in a team
• Be autonomous, rigorous, and driven by a sense of customer service
• Be able to anticipate
