At Ramify, you will work alongside profiles from Goldman Sachs, Oliver Wyman, Société Générale, Fidelity, BNP Banque Privée...but also engineers, data scientists, and marketers who think differently.

Ramify is looking for its next Senior Wealth Operations — Care. This role is at the heart of our activity: you will be the operational owner of Care for Ramify clients, that is, the quality of human support for our most demanding investors. The Care is what makes us different compared to our digital competitors and places us as the digital alternative to private banking in terms of quality of services and follow-up.

In a fast-growing fintech, this position offers a rare latitude—you will have a direct impact on the experience of our clients, the internal organization, and the product trajectory of Ramify.

You will join the Operations team, composed in total of 6 people, including 3 people in Customer Support (chat support, satisfaction survey) and 3 people + you in Wealth Operations - Care. You will report directly to the COO, ex-consultant at Oliver Wyman. You will notably have the oversight of 1 junior wealth operations - care intern. The position presents a potential evolution perspective towards a management role according to appetite and performance.

Senior Reference on the Most Demanding Files: you take direct charge of the most demanding patrimonial files (Luxembourg life insurance, subscriptions in decumulation, Lombard credit, multi-pocket montages, etc.). You are the escalation point for sensitive situations. You guarantee an impeccable service level on sensitive files where Care is essential, as well as the respect of the regulations and compliance obligations applicable to our activities (AML, KYC, FATCA)

HNWI Investor Relations and Ramify Strategic Partners: you develop and maintain the relationship with a portfolio of high net worth investors who have high expectations and little availability. You are their trusted contact on a daily basis: proactive call in case of incident, nominative follow-up, anticipation of their operational needs. Consequently, you act as the reference for complex files and important clients for our strategic partners: you lead the management points, you identify the key contacts to unblock your clients and situations.

Active Contribution to the Structuring and Industrialization of Operational Processes: beyond your scope, you actively contribute to the structuring of the operational processes of the Wealth Operations team. You identify your clients' irritants, you propose improvements, you document best practices. You are a key player in the operational maturity of Ramify.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in private banking, high-end CGP, or fintech wealth client-facing—direct experience in the relationship with individual investors is required, if possible high net worth

• Degree: Bac +3/5 in management, commerce, or finance

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both internally and with investors, notably proven ease on the phone for demanding and unavailable clients—the call is at the heart of the Care
