Controller Manager M​/W

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Reporting & Management Control, your role within the group involves supervising and optimising financial management processes, as well as coordinating budget planning and reporting activities.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Managing long-term planning and budgeting processes

• Consolidating financial data and analysis bridges produced by subsidiaries and business units
• Reviewing long-term plans and budgets
• Preparation of reports for Total Energies

Financial reporting and forecasting

• Consolidation of analytical statements and analysis bridges produced by subsidiaries and business units
• Analysis of subsidiary and business unit performance and KPIs
• Consolidation of forecasts
• Preparation of analysis reports for Total Energies

Optimisation of reporting and analysis tools and processes

• Key user on the ONE application to test new developments
• Lead on report optimisation plans (standardisation, development of new reports, etc.)

Support for ONE and e-Corp users

Facilitation of newcomer induction programmes

Monitoring and integration of regulatory changes and group management rules

Internal audits of the closing process at sensitive sites

Your Profile

You have a higher education degree (5 years of higher education) in management control or finance and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within an international group.

You have a solid understanding of IFRS standards.

Your project management and process optimisation skills, your rigour and your initiative will be key to your success in this role.

You will demonstrate your ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural context, adapting to a constantly changing economic environment. Strong analytical and summarising skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Proficiency in financial reporting tools (ESSBASE, ONE) is mandatory.

English (C1 level required).
