- Participation à la gestion administrative, juridique et financière des Fonds Hôteliers, suivi des business plans, pilotage des distributions avec le Fund Finance Management.
- Vérification régulière de la conformité et de la stratégie globale des Fonds Hôteliers aux intérêts des investisseurs et proposition d'adaptations pour améliorer la performance.
- Participation à la modélisation et l'analyse des acquisitions et cessions d'actifs hôteliers, préparation des comités d'investissement et évaluation de l'impact sur les objectifs de TRI et de dividende.
- Collaboration avec l'Asset Management pour le suivi des business plans opérationnels, participation aux comités de partenariat et suivi des expertises trimestrielles.
- Préparation des reportings et des Assemblée Générale annuels pour les investisseurs.
- Collaboration avec les expertises internes dans le cadre des comités de valorisation.
- You are from a higher education background and have knowledge of the hotel-restaurant sector, with an interest in finance and/or real estate.
- You have a very good relationship management, professional mastery of written and spoken French and English.
- You are comfortable with office tools (Office Pack).
- Rigorous and methodical, you have the ability to work in a team in a complex and demanding work environment.
