Under the responsibility of the Head of Compliance and Internal Control Real Estate, the intern will have the following missions:
- Conducting controls of the Annual Internal Control Plan (PACI) of the Portfolio Management Company's activities (e.g., anti-money laundering, investment processes, monitoring of fund ratios, order processing, and controls related to European regulations, sustainable finance...) and issuing recommendations to the operational staff;
- Monitoring and handling alerts from the business relationship screening tool;
- Assisting the Real Estate department: reviewing KYC relationship entry dossiers; helping with the review and validation of regulatory documents;
- Assisting in the conduct of projects carried out by the Compliance team;
- Regulatory monitoring: helping to write regulatory monitoring, analyzing sanctions and regulatory changes.
More generally, the intern will assist the members of the Compliance and Internal Control Real Estate team in their daily tasks (regulatory reporting...).
Experience• Degree:
In M1/M2 or year of break from a Bac+4/5 degree in Internal Audit/Finance/Asset Management/Compliance (from a business school, engineering school or university), you have knowledge in internal control, and ideally some initial experience (internship) in these fields;
• Language skills: a good level of written and spoken English would be appreciated;
• Technical skills: mastery of the Office Pack, and in particular advanced mastery of Excel is indispensable;
• Personal skills: strong relational skills, a very good team spirit and an aptitude for collaborative work, curiosity, rigor, method (very good writing skills expected).
