Résumé & Objectif du Poste
Ipsen is a French biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative medicines for patients in three therapeutic areas:

The Group's Tax Direction wishes to welcome a trainee to strengthen the team on various topics of French and international taxation, transfer pricing and tax reporting. This internship will start in June or July 2026 for a minimum period of 6 months.
This internship offers a comprehensive educational opportunity to:
- Discover corporate international taxation,
- Develop solid technical foundations,
- Work within an expert team,
- Interact with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
The trainee will intervene in support of the team's tax specialists, under close supervision, with progressive guidance promoting skill development.
Responsabilités Principales & Compétences Techniques
Fiscalité française:
- Participation in tax monitoring (analysis of legislative and doctrinal news),
- Contribution to the analysis of common tax issues (corporate income tax, VAT, miscellaneous taxes),
- Participation in the drafting of technical notes and internal documents.
Fiscalité internationale:
- Assistance to the team on international tax issues,
- Help in reviewing international contracts and analyzing tax impacts (application of tax conventions and withholding tax impacts, etc.).
Transfer Pricing:
- Contribution to the analysis of cross-border flows between Group companies (services, products, royalties, interests, etc.),
- Participation in the update of transfer pricing documentation (Master File / Local File / Pillar
2), - Participation in the calculations of transfer pricing adjustments and the definition of new transfer prices,
- Assistance in the follow-up of intra-group invoicing.
Fiscalité de l'innovation:
- Support on the monitoring of IP (Intellectual Property) Box and CIR (Research Tax Credit) schemes
- Monitoring of tax mechanisms related to innovation (France and international).
Tax Reporting:
- Participation in annual closing works,
- Help in reviewing the tax results and tax burden of French and foreign entities.
Tax Controls:
- Assistance in the collection of documents and preparation of responses,
- Conducting targeted tax research.
Contribution to Cross-Functional Projects:
- Occasional contribution to cross-functional projects of the Tax Direction.
The Fiscal Trainee has intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn, rigor, excellent teamwork skills and good interpersonal skills.
Connaissances & Expérience
Connaissances & Experiences (indispensables):
- Bac+5 (university or business school) with a specialization in taxation or Law School
- First experience in a firm or in a company and a plus
- Good mastery of office tools (especially Word and Excel).

- French: fluent
