Within the Strategies & Development team, you will participate in development operations in connection with the strategic reflections of the Bouygues Group.

At the heart of the Strategies & Development team, in direct contact with the Executives and internal and external stakeholders, your financial analysis responsibilities are varied and have a strong impact.

Your contributions are exposed and take place within a close and dynamic team.

Your main missions

• Participate in M&A projects (acquisitions and disposals), from the initial reflection phases to their completion, and ensure follow-up if necessary
• Lead cross-functional strategic and financial analyses on behalf of the General Management, on ad hoc issues
• Intervene in the elaboration of 3-year strategic plans
• Construct and analyze the multi-year business plans of the Business Lines and the Group
• Contribute to cross-functional projects in connection with other teams of Bouygues SA and the Business Lines

You hold a degree from a top business school or an engineering school, or have an equivalent background.

You have acquired 2 to 3 years of experience ideally in corporate M&A, investment banking or transaction services.

You have solid financial skills, with a strong mastery of modeling, which is at the heart of the position. Recognized for your ability to analyze, your rigor and your sense of synthesis, you know how to transform complex subjects into clear and structured recommendations. Comfortable in demanding and exposed environments, you interact with various stakeholders, work in teams and adapt quickly to new subjects.

You master the Office Pack, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is indispensable.
