Infrastructure Investment Fund Internship
The role will cover all activities related to an infrastructure investment fund:
Investment:
- Assisting investment directors in new transactions (acquisitions of companies)
- Building financial valuation models for businesses (in Excel): forecasts, optimization of financial structure, sensitivity studies by asset or portfolio
- Preparing valuation summaries presented to the entire team
- Participating in due diligence processes (financial aspects mainly)
Asset Management / Asset Management:
- Supporting analysts in monitoring companies in which the fund has already invested
Cross-functional missions:
- Analyzing new investment perimeters (new countries or sectors)
- Analyzing the main transactions carried out in different sectors in recent months
Required skills:

The profile:
- Final year (final internship) or second year (second hiatus internship)
- Top engineering or business school
- Fluent English required
- Previous internship experience in private equity fund, M&A or Structure/Leveraged Finance team is appreciated
- Good knowledge of financial models
- Good mastery of Excel required
