Business Manager Real Assets - IBRA
You will join the Business Management Real Assets (Infrastructure, Aviation & Real Estate) team, which is seeking a Business Manager Real Assets - IBRA for a 1-year apprenticeship placement starting in August/September 2026.
The Business Management team ensures the sustainable development and proper coordination of the business's activities and transactions (business and strategy, monitoring of different types of risks, performance monitoring, communication elements, etc.). This team consists of 3 people.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the profitability indicators of the business across the three Real Assets areas:
Aviation, Infrastructure & Energy, Real Estate; - Monthly analysis of the business's results and identification/explanation of key impacts;
- Monitoring RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) and the business's liquidity, and identifying key impacts;
- Participating in the data validation of information within the business's internal systems: client relationship tracking system, deal pipeline, portfolio;
- Managing various cross-functional information requests, management requests, and projects;
- Producing activity reports, monitoring the evolution of RWA consumption and Gross Banking Income (PNB);
- Tracking newly signed deals and their reporting for new production, NASCR, New Dimension Green reporting;
- Communication: submissions for league tables, awards, financing award submissions, seminars, Equator Principles.
- Procedures and work methods within the business line: data collection for defining best practices, managing operating rules, and updating procedures.
