Job Title

The Risk and Permanent Control Directorate (RCP) is responsible for the identification, measurement, and monitoring of all types of risks within LCL, as well as the implementation, management, and maintenance of the effectiveness of the permanent control system.

Within the "Key Functions and Back Office Pathways" Division, you will be responsible for the identification and monitoring of risks in the Enterprise Credit and Collection domain, as well as in the Engagements Directorates "DEVEC" and Legal Affairs; your mission will be to design, adapt, or develop the risk monitoring system including permanent control, on behalf of the business and the risk management department.

You will work on particular markets, professional, and enterprise sectors.

Your main missions and activities will notably include the following:

• Identify, evaluate, and synthesize regularly the risks of all natures of the processes
• Lead the CCi of the business and the internal control part of the key functions, organize the risk mapping
• Participate in the design and adaptation of the first-degree controls defined by the business
• Define and update the second-degree controls, from end to end of the processes
• Issue alerts on significant malfunctions and verify the execution of corrective measures
• Provide risk advice, recommend, or alert
• Participate in the steering committees of new products or services related to the domain

Moreover, you will also be required to:

• Take responsibility for the surveillance, detection, and action means against Credit Fraud - establish concrete links between risk files, sales practices, network tools, with supervised operational risks
• Share the simplification works of the control plan with other risk directorate divisions
• Represent LCL in the risk committees of subsidiaries dealing with credit
• Intervene as a business expert and, according to cases, pilot the analyses and responses for regulator missions
