Business Analyst Opportunity

For one of our clients, a leading international investment bank, we are looking for a business analyst with a strong engineering background and a keen interest in project management. Integrated into the department responsible for business transformation, you will participate in the integration of new financial products, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead strategic transformation projects.

• Participate in the integration of new financial products into the bank's existing offerings.
• Coordinate and supervise this integration by interacting with various stakeholders:
  Front Office, IT, Back Office, Compliance, Finance, Risk, etc.
• Collect, formalize, and analyze business needs to translate them into functional specifications.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of operational processes related to new products.
• Participate in the management of transformation projects: planning, tracking deliverables, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure communication and coherence between business and technical teams.
• Accompany the deployment of solutions and participate in the functional validation of deliverables.

• Engineering degree required.
• 2 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager in a banking or financial environment.
• Excellent understanding of financial products (cross-asset: equities, rates, forex, derivatives…).
• Good knowledge of support functions: operations, finance, risk, compliance.
• Very good level of English, written and spoken.
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and strong analytical mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a demanding international environment.
