We are looking for interns from July to December 2027 (6 months) within our Corporate – Capital Markets, Financial Regulation and Banking Department.
The TeamThe Capital Markets, Financial Regulation and Banking team at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris consists of 1 partner, 1 counsel and 2 associates.
They primarily work in the areas of financial regulation and stock markets and in capital markets operations (equity, equity-linked, debt), as well as in investment services and banking activities (structuring and creation of investment service providers, credit institutions and investment firms, placement and distribution of French and foreign financial instruments, management, administration and distribution of investment funds).
The Internship OfferedMissions
During the internship, interns will be able to conduct legal research, write legal consultations, draft contracts, either in French or English, participate in negotiation meetings and, more generally, assist the team in the daily management of their cases.
Profile
Law student or master 2 specialized in business law, a master 2 in banking and financial law would be very appreciated. Interns must have solid knowledge in stock market regulation and financial regulation, capital markets, banking law, complemented, if applicable, by a double degree (business school, IEP, Anglo-Saxon university). Proficiency in English is imperative.
