Banking Department Internship

Our Banking Department would be happy to welcome students for an internship from January to June 2027.

Our team works with leading lenders, borrowers, and other key financial sector players on acquisition and participation financing (LBOs, OPAs), real estate financing, fund financing, corporate finance, debt restructuring, and financing.

You will join a team of lawyers from various backgrounds who will fully involve you in financing operations with a strong international dimension.

The internship we offer will completely integrate you into our team (you will share an attorney's office) and our activities. We thus offer you a diverse, motivating, and educational professional experience in a dynamic and international environment.

Your profile:

You are a law student (Master 2 Banking/Finance, IEJ, School of the Bar), in a business school, preferably with prior experience in a law firm and a very good level of English.

Your team spirit and sense of initiative will play a crucial role in your integration and development within our firm.
