Main ResponsibilitiesYour main tasks:
- Collect and analyze all necessary data for the preparation and monitoring of the initial budget, amending budgets, in expenses and revenues;
- Monitor the infra-annual execution of the intervention budget by analyzing the differences between the execution of expenses and the forecasts on its dedicated portfolio;
- Propose models of projections and financial analyses in expenses and revenues, on an infra and pluriannual basis.
- Contribute to the preparation of budget dossiers (statements of reasons, deliberations, budget tables) submitted to the vote of the Administrative Council;
- Contribute to the elaboration of the financial statement and other financial communication supports of the Agency;
- Contribute to the strengthening of the management control system and follow the levers of budgetary performance;
- Participate in the development and updating of the agency's budgetary procedures;
- Promote and ensure the appropriation by users of the monitoring tools put in place.
Your main activities:
Reported hierarchically to the head of the Budget and Performance Steering Service of the Directorate of Financial and Accounting Affairs, the budget controller collaborates in the preparation and monitoring of a budget amounting to 4.5 billion euros in 2026 and on a dedicated portfolio (territorial breakdown, CRB). He/she is in regular contact with the actors of the budgetary processes.
Profile SoughtDesired experience in budgetary preparation and monitoring / GBCP Mastery of standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced mastery of Excel or equivalent. Expertise in statistical methods and tools would be a plus.
You have analytical and synthesis skills, an aptitude for approaching varied and complex files. You show adaptability, open-mindedness, and have a sense of relationships. You are forceful, pedagogical, have a critical and constructive spirit. You like teamwork. Minimum education level required
Higher education in financial management, economics, management (Master finance, control of management, MIAGE, business school, etc.)
Level of education minimum required
Level of Education Minimum Required- Level Level 7 Master/equivalent diplomas
- Recruitment by:
- Public law contract for a duration of three years;
- Attachment on a contract for a duration of three years for public servants of the state, territorial or hospital public service.
