Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance
About Us
Within CIC CIB (the direction for large corporate and institutional accounts of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale), you will be responsible for the analysis of counter parties as well as the drafting of credit files, in direct collaboration with Coverage Analysts and Advisory Bankers, for their presentations to the Committees of Commitments.
As part of the follow-up of your files, you will be in contact with the interlocutors of all business lines of the Group, the international branches of CIC as well as the regional banks of the Group.
As a trainee/intern, you will be followed by a reference Coverage Analyst during your training.
Your MissionsMain Activities / Tasks of the Position
- Analysis, follow-up and writing of reasoned notes on the credit risk quality of counter parties in their sectors of activity based on economic, financial and extra-financial criteria during the implementation of new commitments or in the context of annual reviews.
- Compilation and financial analysis of consolidated accounts (IFRS or US GAAP standards) and social
- Presentation of files, with Advisory Bankers, to the CIC CIB Committee of Commitments
- Elaboration and updating of internal ratings of counter parties
- Realization of financial modeling
- Analysis and update of sector studies and extra-financial studies (ESG criteria)
- Monitoring and management of Risk and Commitment data in the various tools of the Bank's Information System
- Writing of preparatory notes for client meetings
- Contribution to various reporting works, requests for information or studies emanating from the different services or entities of the Group.

Knowledge and Skills
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+5).
· Mastery of Office Pack (especially Excel)
