Banking Department Internship

Our Banking Department would be happy to welcome students for an internship from January to June 2028.

Our team works with leading financial sector players, including lenders, borrowers, and other key actors, in areas such as acquisition and participation financing (LBOs, OPAs), real estate financing, fund financing, corporate finance, debt restructuring, and financing.

You will join a team of lawyers from various backgrounds who will fully involve you in international financing operations.

The internship we offer will completely integrate you into our team (you will share an attorney's office) and our activities. We thus offer you a diverse, motivating, and educational professional experience in a dynamic and international environment.

Your profile:

You are a law student (Master 2 Banking/Finance, IEJ, School of Law), or a business school student, and you have preferably already completed an internship in a law firm and have a very good level of English.

Your team spirit and sense of initiative will play a decisive role in your integration and evolution within our firm.
