We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join and strengthen our Corporate FP&A team on a permanent basis based in Paris.

Your Opportunity

Within the Finance Planning & Analysis department of Kering's Corporate activities, you will join a dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Control, you will act as a true business partner for the division's departments, at the heart of financial management and continuous improvement challenges. This position is for a profile looking to evolve in a demanding, international environment open to new tools.

How

You Will Contribute

Your main duties will include:

Clôtures & Reporting – Kering SA (France perimeter)

  • Participate actively in monthly accounting closures via SAP (passing FNP, reclassifications, data reliability, coordination with accounting)
  • Verify the upload in the consolidation system (HFM)
  • Produce the closure book and analyze performance vs budget and N-1
  • Analyze corporate investments and the Group's structuring projects
  • Reconciliation of I/C flows in case of discrepancies

2/Budgeting process (3 exercises per year)

  • Accompany the departments in the construction of their budgets
  • Consolidate and challenge the assumptions
  • Integrate forecast and budget assumptions into the systems (SAC/RUBIS/HFM)

Financial Control – Finance Business Partner (Worldwide perimeter)

​1/Monthly closure

  • Accompany the Directors of cost centers in their performance challenges
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Produce and analyze financial reports (monthly and quarterly)

2/Budgeting process

  • Accompany department directors in the construction of their budget and ensure the consistency of their assumptions with local inputs
  • Challenge the analyses uploaded by local teams
  • Perform detailed analyses of P&L vs Budget, Forecast and N-1
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for management

Projects and transformation

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and reporting
  • Participate in transformation projects (finance, data, tools)
  • Perform ad hoc analyses with high added value (ROI, benchmark, cost optimization…)
  • Prepare presentation materials
Who Are You
  • You hold a degree of BAC +5 level, specialized in Finance/management (business school, engineering school, university,...)
  • You have approximately 5 years of experience in audit/financial control. Experience in consulting is a plus.
  • Fluent English and French are indispensable
  • Great rigor, organization, versatility, ease with numbers
  • Analytical capacity and synthesis spirit
  • Interpersonal skills and taste for cross-functional work
  • Openness of mind and appetite for new challenges
  • Strong sensitivity to tools, data, and improvement of practices
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, knowledge of SAP, HFM is appreciated
