• Consult fast, listen hard, and match clients with the right look
• Cut, clip, shave, and style with consistent quality + speed
• Keep tools sanitized and your station dialed-in
• Track services/products in the system and stay on schedule
• Collaborate with the crew to hit shop goals and client satisfaction

• Active Barber or Cosmetology license
• Solid cutting + styling fundamentals; fades and detail work a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and a customer-first mindset
