We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Regional Director of Operations at our anesthesia physician practice management group based in Addison, Texas. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency across our practice locations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, coverage grids and correspondence - Communication Coordination:
Serve as liaison between regional office, practice locations, and medical staff to ensure effective information flow - Process Improvement:
Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvements - Compliance Monitoring:
Help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credentialing processes, and quality assurance standards
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare or operations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferred
