Pro Health Home Health is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to administer therapy to patients in their homes on a part-time, on-site basis in Kaufman County, TX. The role requires a PT license, CAPTE-acceptable education, and the ability to work independently under physician orders.
Two years of experience are preferred. The therapist will perform evaluations, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with the clinical team.
