Behavioral Innovations as pioneer in ABA therapy was founded with two purposes in mind. One was to bring life changing services to children diagnosed with autism. Second was to provide a workplace in which individuals can grow professionally, together. For over 25 years, staff training has been at the forefront of meeting BI’s mission, vision, and values. BI provides the much-needed intensive training to direct therapists prior to the formulation of the RBT credential and continues without an imposed requirement by insurance carriers.
BI’s continuation of investment in training is apparent through the various training programs that begins at staff onboarding and continues throughout the employee journey. A special thank you to Executive Leadership, Regional Clinical Staff and the Director of Clinical Training and Development for the various contributions that were made in the development of this program.
- Current role is RBT 2 or higher
- Required to work 26 hours or more per week
- Actively completing BACB Coursework
- Letter of Recommendation from Clinical Supervisor
