As a Clinical Dietitian Specialist at Aramark, you’ll deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy within healthcare or residential settings, supporting patient outcomes and satisfaction. You’ll assess nutritional needs, create individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and food service teams to align menus with clinical requirements. You’ll document care to regulatory and Aramark standards, lead patient and staff nutrition education, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and help guide menu development.

- Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients based on clinical assessments and physician referrals
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and food service teams to align menus with clinical needs
- Conduct nutrition education for patients, families, and staff
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory, hospital, and Aramark standards
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives related to nutrition services
- Support menu planning and nutrient analysis for patient and retail food service
- Train and mentor dietetic interns or junior staff as needed
