Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests and visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while overseeing daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and promptness
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest information
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well‑stocked
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow, billing, and financial transactions
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards
  • Train and develop front desk staff to ensure high performance and service quality
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
