Job Description:
- Open vehicle door when a guest arrives and departs.
- Must have outgoing personality, be friendly and greet guests with a smile.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Inform the guest of parking options.
- Assist incoming and outgoing guests with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms. May secure, tag, and store luggage at guests’ request.
- Must be able to Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests.
- Regularly inspect and clean hotel entrances and surrounding areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned that may require carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints and inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or dissatisfied guests.
