Assistant Stewarding At L'Oréal Le Visionnaire
Le Visionnaire, located at 14 rue Royale in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, is the historic headquarters of the L'Oréal group.
The building, fully renovated, reopened its doors in 2023 to host the most prestigious events of the group as well as meetings of L'Oréal employees.
They come to draw inspiration from the history and heritage of the group through the patrimonial arrangements and innovative equipment within the building.
Châteauform'Inside has been chosen to coordinate the hospitality in the building (reception, catering, meeting spaces, commercialization).
Leader in European seminars, meetings, training and events for 30 years, Châteauform' has been deploying its know-how and expertise since 2020 in the heart of companies with the Inside experience and now operates in 15 sites (corporate university, offices, headquarters, company restaurants…).

Your MissionsSupervised by the head chef, the Steward is responsible for the smooth running of operations in the back office as well as the quality throughout the day.
- Follow-up and cleaning of the back office premises (knowledge of HACCP standards)

DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
We are looking for our future Plongeur/Steward to join our team!
Your main duties will be to:
- Ensure the washing of utensils in the plonge battery
- Ensure the cleaning of dishes during services
- Ensure the cleaning of premises and refrigerators
- Ensure the disposal of waste in accordance with food hygiene and safety rules.
- Follow-up and cleaning of the back office premises (knowledge of HACCP standards)
You are organized, autonomous, reactive, and rigorous. You easily adapt to teamwork. You know the different kitchen equipment and cleaning products. You have successful experience in this position or an equivalent position in a hotel/restaurant.
You ensure the transmission of instructions in the service. You ensure the maintenance of machines by the plonge teams. And you ensure the management of the equipment (check the arrangement of reserves, good follow-up of material deliveries…).
You propose readable analyses on the evolution of the material breakdown.
You ensure inventory and material purchases with control of costs.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with the kitchen and accompany the extras offices.
- You have confirmed experience in hospitality and catering
- You have organizational skills and a keen sense of prioritization
- You have the ability to anticipate, manage unforeseen events and ensure active operational presence.
