As a trainee in the restaurant, you will assist the restaurant management through the various points of sale (breakfast, lunch, dinner, minibar, room service, banquets).

• Ensure the proper functioning and service of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, the bar, room service, minibar, and banquets
• Welcome, anticipate, and respond to customer needs
• Use ordering tools (micros), invoicing
• Knowledge of the menu and products
• Tracking losses and breakages of the department
• Following the procedures related to the proper functioning of the service
• Participate in the creation of flyers and the organization of events and promotion on social networks

Knowledge of foreign languages, English is indispensable
