The Hôtel Montalembert, an intimate boutique-hotel in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, is ideally located on the left bank, just 5 minutes from Saint-Germain-des-Prés. This premier 5-star boutique-hotel offers 50 rooms including 10 suites. Its golden stone facade overlooks the rue du Bac, in the heart of an art, fashion, and antique district. Discrete luxury and an intimate atmosphere characterize this emblematic establishment, a meeting place for professionals in the arts and entertainment.

* hotel on the Left Bank, is recruiting a receptionist to join its Front Office team!

Main Mission

As a receptionist, you will be the main interface between the clients and the establishment. Your role will be to welcome clients, manage reservations, provide information, and ensure a positive experience from their arrival. You will be responsible for coordinating arrivals and departures, as well as managing client requests and needs during their stay.

Operational Missions:

- Welcome clients warmly upon their arrival, provide them with information about the establishment and the services offered.

- Efficiently manage the check-in process, collect necessary information, and assign rooms according to clients' preferences and availability.

- Respond to client requests, offer assistance, and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Answer clients' questions regarding the hotel, the surrounding area, transportation, events, and tourist activities.

- Assist clients in booking taxis, restaurants, shows, guided tours, etc.

- Organize and manage the arrival and departure schedules of clients.

- Perform administrative formalities, including check-in and billing.

- Inform clients about the services available and activities offered within the establishment.

Client Demands Management in Coordination with Conciergerie:

- Respond promptly to client requests in person, by phone, or by email.

- Resolve client issues and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.

- Follow up on special requests (e.g., preparation of surprises for special events).

Savoir-faire:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in Opéra software.

- Bilingual in English.

- Ability to manage emergency situations and resolve problems professionally.

- Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Discretion and respect for client information confidentiality.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other services of the establishment.
